This is the OLDER 2" Bulkhead for Cattlemasters - a standpipe is installed in it for constant flow heat, it is plugged for electric heat. Overflow pipes are like a plug in that if you pull them out, you can drain the trough.
The newer style of bulkhead/elbo one piece combination is #18852, (it costs less).
